Is it wrong to want to bring love across the world? I have been speaking with Carmen, and she mentioned an offhand comment about my...tendencies. I assure her and anyone else that she is truly mi número un amor, but I fear she thinks otherwise. ¡Qué mentiras! So what if I bring gifts of affection to another woman? It is only to see her smile! So what if I dance in the streets of Spain for all? It is only to bring joy and cheer to the land! So what if I invite an attractive, if unconfident friend into my humble home to unite our passions for the creation of food for others with vague hopes of the conversation turning from the refreshment to the romantic, discussing things one can only discuss with another man with the hopes of allowing him to open up and blossom, and perhaps...more? Lately, I have been pining for a use of spare time, during the painful hours during which mi amor, Carmen, and I are seperate. When I caught wind that my fellow boxers were wiling away the hours here, together, I jumped at the chance to be with such familiar faces!
